we sing and dance the whole time we clean house. before we know it, its all clean and complete and we are happy and not stressed out.

Yes it can. Put on some music you like that is up beat and crank up the volume. Then sing and dance around as you clean. I do it quite often and get my cleaning done fairly quick or at least it seems it.

No, but I put on dance music and dance in my car. I've explored the limitations of dance moves while operating a moving vehicle.
I never clean my apartment. I'm such a noob.

I can't dance to save my life that is for sure, but I will admit to dancing around my house when i'm home alone and the music is playing. But you'll never see me do that in public. lol
