The common cold is due to a virus that lives in the respiratory tract. The mode of transmission is through droplets when ever the person sneezes. If you are refering to the exchange of body fluids (namely seminal fluid) then no, you can not get the cold virus from there. The virus is not found in there.

If people are close enough to be having sex, it is probable that they are also breathing in the same air space. Most cold viruses are passed in through the lungs. I would suspect contamination via inhalation, not body fluids.

Common cold or coryza is generally attibutable to viral infections like coronavirus etc. These are self-limiting conditions and the major mode of transmission is airborne/ droplets / respiratory route. If you are talking about the fluid or he droplets that are sprayed into the air when you cough or sneeze, yes it can spread.
