They are not photographs, and the website where I got the picture has no info on them.

Hi... are you certain they're paintings? They look to be photos of the Chrysler Building and the Atlas sculpture in Rockefeller Plaza in New York. I would just do an image search or go back to the site where you found this photo and scour it for details.

Well... I searched and searched 'til my laptop started groaning (and you have to know that art and New York are real close to my heart so I went the distance:).
Okay.. that being said.. I would do 2 things. Contact the website as I cannot believe they didn't give attribution and ... pose your question with the photo to:

I'm sure they will be able to track (or know!) who's painting two of the most famous Art Deco landmarks in the city! I wish I could have found it for you but I hope that this helps.
