I keep having dreams about rape. But they're all different

The first one, one of my guy friends does it. Someone I really dont' like in that way!

One really freaked me out cause it was this random dude who was at my house for some reason or another and I could like feel him inside of me. It was so scary and horrible feeling and there was a woman there too who was just watching and like enjoying watching him rape me.

And then I had another where me and my friend were sitting on a wall and this dude came to steal something sitting on the ground next to us and I was like "u can have it" and for some reason he though I was going to tell on him so he pulled me down and said like "there's more than one way to keep a girl quiet" or something and raped me and I think he might have gotten my friend too but I'm not sure cause i blacked out.

I think i might have had another but I forgot it... The 2nd one really scares me though!!

I think that sub-consciously you think that people are taking advantage of you...You don't want to admit it to yourself because it is hard...And it is...The one about the friend raping you doesn't mean that that person in particular is taking advantage of you, just that maybe the people who you think you are friends with don't think the same way of you, or maybe are just not good friends. The second one with the stranger I believe means that you sub-consciously think that people think of you second, and not first. The fact that he wanted to steal something FIRST and wasn't planning on raping you until realizing that he COULD. The woman watching is a sign that you believe that people don't care for you maybe...I think that you're feel very self concious. I hope this sort of helped!

You probably don't have much to worry about, as dreams can be based on things you have seen in your day to day activities. Perhaps you saw a horror movie and your mind is basing it on that. However, if you keep having the dream for like weeks then you may want to be a little suspicious. You're going to think I'm nuts when I say this but my mother, grandmother, sister, AND myself all have had dreams that actually happen. For me, I usually get the feeling of deja vu right before the moment happens that I saw in a dream. I know, it sounds crazy, but it's true. Anyway, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about, it could be recurring simply because you're so worried about it and dwelling on it, so therefore it never leaves your head and you keep dreaming about it.

hi. i agree with the other answers who suggest the dream is about feeling violated or used or fearful of that happening.

a stranger coming into your house is a similar symbol to rape- it is an intrusive act, uninvited and overstepping your healthy boundaries. can you think of where this may be happening in any of your relationships?

rape is often seen as a theft- a theft of virtue, well-being, confidence, safety and a womans right to her own boundaries. the third dream suggests a dynamic of intimidation to keep you submitted to his will and 'quiet'.
i would guess there is someone in your life trying to control you in this way.

i have had similar dreams and i know they are really gross and freaky. you wake up feeling dirty. but they are disturbing for a reason... their message should be paid attnetion to...what is happening in your relationships is REALLY damaging to your well-being.

p.s - another perspective that is a bit left field to consider is that some people believe there are sexual type demons that can cause such dreams. i can tell u more if your interested.

my guess is its not so much about sex or rape its about feeling violated. is there anything going on in your life that would make you feel violated? like something stolen from you or unfair rules put on you or even someone or an animal you love being killed or dieing? i have found that dreams dont tend to forecast whats coming they are just a bi-product of the torment or joy in your life. figuring out the source of recurring themes on dreams however can guide you in life to some extent because it allows you to see in a different way and possibly recognise a fear or emotional issue that you had been sort of stuffing away and not dealing with.
having said this you could also think about the possibility that you fear a violation, again not rape necessarily but you could fear having some freedom taken away or someone stopping you from doing something you feel you have a right to do,keeping you away from someone ect... you get the idea. i think thats why your having the dreams like that.

there r 2 possibilities here first that u might have seen sumthing of that sort in movie or on tv n the second possibility is that it may be a signal from ur brain that sumthing untoward is going to happen n u be prepared for it cos i feel that our brains hv many powers which v r unaware of ...so its just a warning not only of a rape or sumthing but it can be nething from u being cheated by sum1 u know or ne other unknown person
so dear just calm urself daily b4 going to bed ..pray to god or listen to instrumental music or play a soothing music if u know n then go to sleep...whenever u feel disturbed dont sleep immediately ..u may get such unusual dreams
take care

Sometimes dreams play out your last visual experience such as the television or game. Think back if you seen something violent or of that nature before falling asleep. Dreams are usually not a forecast into the future. So rest assured.

Rape: Take this dream as a warning. Take precautions, protect yourself emotionally and physically and don't engage in careless behaviors.
