barso: I desagree with you thought, I understand what you try to explain but you're wrong about the "slave thing" to serve is an honor not a slave matter. A person is a slave only if your minn for the spirit is free and only you can put a chain and keeping from freedom.

I agree w/ ynvangel...I feel my purpose on this earth is to live for God and to please Him and only Him. I think God has a plan for each and every one of His people. It just depends on what path we end up taking. If we choose His route, we will be happiest...if we go our own way, we won't be near as happy. I don't quite know what my "calling" is yet. I would like to be a motivational speaker, but I am not certain b/c there are so many other thing I would like to do as well. . I think that when I find it, I'll know it...

Not yet and I am trying to look for it. My goal is being wealthy and healthy at no time. Nothing comes true yet. However, I never rest my case until I find my wealth and well being. For sure I will give it back whatever I have with the poor and homeless. Meanwhile, I go back to do my volunteer again and this is my 20 years of doing work for no pay.

At the right moment the purpose of life will be shown. But, in general be a happy human being, being helpful to others, achieve the best I can in life.

Be grateful of what I have lived, enjoyed, as well as the moments that made me learned too.

God gives you what you Need not what you Want...

I am confused, did you mean your question as worded or did you mean "what is life's purpose to you"

If you have a purpose in life, you are a slave to someone or something.

If life has a purpose to you, you are making life work for you.

Sorry, I am not a slave, and I have found many purposes for life to serve.

Greetings to all who are slaves of imaginary entities!

Life means to be in existence. So your question is really "have I found why I am in existence?" This question requires God:

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell

I think everyone's true purpose in existence is to seek the One who Created us. For He must have put our great need for meaning and purpose into our human nature to point us to Him.

Mine varies, the only consistent thing I reach for is not to waste time, being alive is an awesome thing.

i believe, purposes are mere psychology treatment, human-beings need it cause they are leaning towards redecorating things & lives. fact is, purposes help our decoration part and keeps us easily busy. being busy is all that we want. so is the nature's desire. we find purpose in life so that we can be better than ants & insects who pass their lives hunting for food; we want bigger purpose to live. fact is, their is no purpose for us to live. its the creator's part. his purpose is to let us live till death.
