free time try and get a book u like or try getting more interested in your work by having fun with what you do and also talk to freinds on the cell and stuff like that!!!

If you dont have that much time maybe go to a coffe or some kind of a food place and maybe bring a lap top to relax with , or call a friend and sit down and talk for a while
