There are two words you can use:

1) Derick Thomson lists fear-tàrrsainn (fair-tahrr-sahn) or

2) Wikipedia has neach-tàrrsainn (neCH-tahrr-sahn)

*CH as in German auch; nocht nicht

Right, first you have to really slur, like you're drunk. Then you scrunch your face up and add a few ochs and noos. Then, in indescrbable noises, you say sur-vi-vor. Easy!
