Newsblaze.com has some good unbiased stuff. Also, the BBC is usually accurate and has less bias than do the US media outlets. good luck!!

Begin by getting a copy of the book I've listed in the source section below. It's now in English, only has 160 pages and is the "Mein Kampf" of this terrorist movement. It will give you an insight into a movement which wants to carry out terror in order to get rid of all governments between Spain and Indonesia and replace them with a single government, ruled by a Caliph and operating under Sharia law.
You will come to realize that these terrorists are to Islam what the Ku Klux Klan was to Protestants.

Bin Laden issued his "fatwa" against the U.S. in 1996, but the larger jihad against the west has been brewing for about thirty years.

Although the US has been aware of the threat all along, it was 9/11 which gave the mandate for action.

Iraq is central front in the war for a myriad of reasons, one of which is terrain which is preferential to that in Afghanistan (see also "Iraq Liberation Act of 1998").

Location in the middle east is also key: Afghanistan and Iraq lie to the east & west of Iran.

The best source of info on Iraq is from the official military site http://www.mnf-iraq.com/.

Most everything is biased, so it does take many sources to get the full story.

I'm not being flippant or sarcastic but the best way to get your own unbiased information is to spend some time here. This is my 3rd year in Iraq.

All information has bias - read stuff from all different sources, find out what their bias is and make your mind up from that. A mixture of US and European sources would be a good idea.

there is no real 'unbiased' way of new reporting, just look at each view and then make your own decissions.

Certain Muslims, individuals are killing others because they don't follow, Islam. So Bush wants to spend all of the US's money on a war he won't win, no one will win.
