I have a Yorkie boy who's whole top row of adult teeth came in, but his baby teeth never came out. He had to have them surgically extracted. Before the extraction we called him Shark because he had two full rows of teeth!
Checking with the vet is never a bad idea, but I wouldn't worry just yet. :) My Yorkie was almost a year by the time the vet recommended extractions. Your boy still has some time.

Is he neutered yet? This really has nothing to do with his teeth other than if he isn't, and they haven't falled out on there own by the time you take him for that have them extracted at the same time.
I've had this happen to several dogs, but they fell out on there own. In some cases they do need to be surgically extracted.
If they get inflamed, or seem very sore, then I wouldn't wait to long to have it done.

The baby canines should fall out once the adult canines push them out. If they don't fall out and the adult canines are still in you may need to take him to the vet to see if having 8 canines will hurts him. Good luck and please neuter him if you haven't.

That is pretty normal. Most times "baby teeth" will fall out on their own, but sometimes they can be stubborn about staying in. Usually at time of neuter you can and should get the teeth extracted.

Awww! He is so cute! Sure, it can be natural for him to free his enamel at that age. He's a little bit late although.. My canine began loosing HIS teeth when he was once 6 months too! And hey! He kinda looks like my canine!

Yes they will fall out on their own, I would suggest on getting him a raw hide to chew on that will help. If he does a have adult tooth and a baby tooth that does not fall out, then take him in and it will need to be pulled by the vet.

They should come out on their own. My dog had a baby tooth and it was really loose, (practically hanging), so I pulled it out gently. She didn't seem to mind. Once I saw her like gagging on something and it was a tooth that had come out. so yeah. She is good though. =)
