Quit being Afraid of Her, You're afraid
if you say or do the wrong thing, She will
think You are a Nerd - You don't want to
be embarrassed, so You clam up. This
happens to most young men your age.
Being SHY = Being AFRAID don't be.
Speak up, say what is in your Heart.

Several ways, see list below. Without more details on your situation, such as your age, your career or schooling, your hobbies, your degree of shyness and self-image, etc., I can't offer specific advice to best solve your dilemma. Msg me and I'll reply. Good luck!
-*- Ask her what movies (or books, animals, restaurants, stores/shops, etc.) she likes and would she like to go with you sometime. This shows you care about what is important to her and also that you want to share her interests or try something new. If she is willing to talk about it with you but not to accept your invitation to hang out together, you can assume that for whatever reason, she just isn't "that into you."
-*- Have one of your mutual friends (that know both of you) tell her that you'd like to get to know her better. She will almost certainly reply with how she feels about you - positive or negative or just don't care. This way you can predict if she will be happy or annoyed or just unimpressed that you like her.
-*- Ask her about her family or her background or what classes she is/was in, etc. If you get her talking about herself, and she sees that you actually listen to her and appreciate the unique person she is, she will probably be interested in you and who you are and what you want in life.
-*- Go buy a small (less than $20, up to $50 if you're loaded) gift that you believe she will really like, based on what you have noticed about her. Maybe a pair of earrings, a gift card for a store or website, a CD, a hair accessory, a T-shirt, a ticket (or 2, wink-wink) to an event/game/show/concert. Give it to her along with a little card or note that says in a sentence or 2 that you feel she is special and the gift is a little "something special" from you to her.

well. you can try socializing with her more. give her sum smiles. if she doesn't totally think your weird, you can try to get closer with her. ask about her interests or what she thinks about something. eventually you give off some emotion about how you feel about her and then go off from there. hope that helpd ^^
