They said that in some cases they can remove bankruptcy with a 35% success rate. They offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with their service. They also said the negative items on your credit report don't come back.

check with the better business bureau before trusting someone like that. There was recently an article on TV here in the Detroit area about how much of a scam that can be and like another answer states, if it is too good to be true, it isn't true.

If something is too good to be true, it usually is. They may be able to get it removed, but I can almost guarantee it will be back in 30 days.
