Probably nothing.

Slip and Fall accidents are very hard to prove liability on the other person or property owner. It's an urban myth that this is a big payday.

I"m not going to tell you any more and risk teaching you how to stage a slip and fall accident.

There is insurance and asking for damages for being hurt. Insurance will pay you if you are covered for any medical costs incurred from your accident.

If you are looking for damages, then it depends on whether or not the accident is foreseeable by the reasonable person standard and if the person or entity responsible for the area of the accident had the opportunity to fix the cause of your accident. In other words, was it your negligence that caused your accident or the other party. If indeed it is decided by the court that it is the other party, you will only be compensated up to the amount that should make you whole. Most likely you will not get punitive damages, unless it is found by the court that the other party was grossly negligent to the point of viciousness.

Depends on the nature of your injuries, and whether or not said injury will result in a permanent disability. If you're searching for a free retirement account type of settlement, it ain't gonna happen, unless you were permanently turned into a para or quadriplegic.
