Avoid nuts in large quantities, whole grains in large quantities, beans, peas, corn , Anything with hulls in large quantities. As long as you take small portions you should be able to eat most things. At least this is what my problem is. I can't eat spicy foods either.

Avoid very fatty or spicy foods, I know they are hard on my m-i-l
