My brother had sex with this girl and now she's pregnant and broke up with her the day she told him. She calls me, distraught and says she doesn't know what to do, I can't do anything because he's in the military and living all the way in California where he met her. I told him he needs to take responsibility and support her. He says that she's a hoe and hit on the first night... she says something different. So I told him he needs to stand by her until the baby's born and take a paternity test to see for sure. He didn't take that well and said I'm on her side, and I'm not giving him good advice and making me feel like the bad sister. I feel like I'm stuck in the middle and they looking at me for an answer.

Your saying the right things , don't back down from that. he will listen sooner or later ...saying what needs to be said is being a good sister. Also sex on the first date is still a mutual act so if he thinks less of her for that he should think less of himself as well.....in any case its not the babies fault and the baby will need lots of love to make it in this world....good luck..:)

oh and very nice pic...your very pretty

yes you are in the middle and you have no one to blame but yourself. you put yourself there.

the next time she calls tell her that there is nothing you can do. he is a grown man and you are not his keeper.

remember she got into this mess all on her own and she can deal with it all on her own .. it is between her and your brother. it has absolutely nothing to do with you...... stay out of it!!!

eventually someone will let her know she can talk to the military and get some satisfaction there. the fur is eventually going to fly and you should be as far away from it as humanly possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hope your brother likes paying child support for the next 18+ years!!! a condom would have been a lot less trouble and a lot less expensive!!! this will be the most expensive piece of a** he has ever had!!!

Call up Maury! This sounds like a typical Maury episode. Plus, the paternity test would be free.

It's OK for a person to ask for advice, but that doesn't necessarily mean they have to take it...Just because you gave the advice he asked for doesn't mean you are in the middle, either.

he will have to figure it out on his own....he's a grown up.

You cannot control your brother. Your best bet would be to stick to your own problems.
