IN all dreams where our body is touch by a surgey or a cut or a bruise its always reprsente our emotion Someone will be out of your life but its not a very important person for you So relax nothing bad wiil happen

You should not worry about anything, eg: People dream about falling off buildings but this never happens, just because yours was more possible does not neccessarily mean this will happen.

it could symbolise that somthing has been removed from your life lately but that something is really not needed for you to be happy and healthy (the appendix being one of those organs we don't really need).
