first of all the members of that team will decide if they like u or not. keep ur nose clean, dont be known as a rat, be a team player.. big time.. they gotta trust u to put u in the team with them. thats it. stay in shape as u'll need it alot.
i'm in a SRT team... they are my family and we'd do anything for eachother.. can u be that?

DEPENDS ON DEPARTMENT.
SOME YOU ARE ASKED TO JOIN THE ELITE.
SOME HAVE TRY OUTS.
SOME YOU MAKE APPLICATION TO.
ASK AT WORK AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. REALLY I THINK THE DEPARTMENT IS MORE QUALIFIED TOO ANSWER THAT QUESTION. WE CAN ONLY BE GENERAL RATHER THEN SPECIFIC.

very obvious you are not telling the truth. a officer would never come to a forum to ask for this information. they would ask withing their own department.one does not have to lie to ask for information.
