how can I look smarter and hot at the same time.
im not willing to sacrifice looks for intelligence but I want both.
heres what I already do so dont tell me to do these.. think of new ways
. Pretend to read big books ( i just stare at them and flip pages)
. make facial expressions during conversations that make me look like I know things
.wear trendy glasses
.read newspapers and like magazines and stuff
go to the library and stare at books
any more suggestions?

I have this intelligence test: I talk to a girl for about an hour. If she lights a cigarrette, I skate. Any young woman who smokes more than two butts a day has got some serious emotional problems or is flat dumb.
Intelligent persons don't read big books very often... they read a staggering number of small books. Start cycling books you carry: browse each for enough depth to run with for a day or two, then show up with the next one (hint: read ahead. The book you are carrying is not the one you are reading, which you will carry two days from now. When he indicates interest in a book or subject, jump on it and master it.
Read newspapers for local data, not worldly. social page, town council stuff, local issues. You don't need an opinion, just a bunch of facts that can be included in a conversation.

Making yourself look smarter isn't the issue here. If you are smart, how you look won't matter, it will show in how you speak, defend your ideas and the sorts of conversations you have. Pretending to read big books won't make you look smart, it will make you look stupid, actually reading it would be better. Making facial expressions will only work if you actually know things, you can have expressions until you're blue in the face, but if it's obvious you don't know what you're talking about, no one will buy it. Yes, read newspapers and magazines. But staring at books in the library will make you seem like you don't know how to read.
If you want to look smarter, be smarter. And glasses won't make you seem more intelligent, it will just make you look like you have poor eyesight.

Besides the ways you mentioned the way you talk can make you sound more intelligent.
Now by no means do I mean go look up a bunch of big complicated words rather, try to think before you act, keep up with the current events going on in the word appear to be a person who is very knowledgable of the daily news.
Heres a prime example:
How are you doing today?
-umm yeah im doing great..
Intelligently it would be better to say,
Oh yeah Im doing great how about you? You look quite happy today..
see being a good comunicator and using hand gestures can make you appear more intelligent.

How about actually reading the books? If that's too much, I suggest watching the news/history/discovery channel.
The more you read the bigger your vocabulary will be, and that in itself can make you appear smarter.
Don't act ditzy.
Don't pretend you know things that you don't... you'll seem either arrogant and/or stupid.
The main thing is when you believe you are smart, it will show. Don't pretend.

Maybe you should actually try to be smart. Instead of not wanting to sacrifice looks for intelligence. Who says you can't have both. Try reading some of those books instead of staring at them. Btw are you a blonde b/c that would answer everything...

ok heres what you do..
Accept yourself! you dont have to be both just be yourself and dont pretend your smart if you arent the brightest bulb in the box if u know what i mean. If you are ditsy then you can't pull off pretendin to be smart, sorry! but if u already are mediocrely smart then just have those qualities shine through! GOOD LUCK!

Have you tried the suit and tie look?
Makes you look successful.
For me, i like to use big words and talk about mathematical equations, crystal structures and of course chemical pathways.
