They are right next to eachother. Tonight I was touching his hair and felt them. He said he had noticed them about 6 months ago, and they have gotton bigger. His family has a background of brain tumors and cancers, and I am really worried. He has alot of the syptoms, and calls me in the middle of the night complaining about horrible headaches.

I looked it up and it said something about a Lymph Node. I am no doctor, and just really need a few pointers. I love my boyfriend, and I am already scared for him. Please help.

OK - let's not panic, but please do make your boyfriend see his doctor ASAP. There are so many things that these bumps could be and yet they could also be nothing.

My husband had two pea-sized blue-black nodes behind his ear on his head and is was an acute melanoma which we have been fighting for a year. Luckily he found them at once (they seem to have come up overnight, but I suspect they were there in smaller version longer) and we began treatment at once. It is a year later and he is in a strong remission, but has spent the last three months in the hospital due to complications from the chemo.

Better to see the doctor and find out it is nothing than to wait until it is too late to do something if it is indeed something wrong.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

i have had this for years and it's no problem - a stopped up gland. i have headaches, but i really don't think they're related. normally this is nothing but he should ask a doctor next time he's there.

he needs to address the headaches. step 1 is hydration. drinking a full 12 oz of water before i go to bed stops the headaches. step 2 is temperature (hot leads to headaches). Step 3 is relaxation and sleep. exercise works for many people with headaches. if that doesn't work definitely go to a doctor.

don't assume that the bumps and the headaches are related. that would be a big mistake at this point.

He needs to go to a doctor immediately to get a CT Scan. One of my co-workers had a pea-sized lump above her ear and they found a bacterial infection in her brain. She had to have brain surgery. Anytime someone starts having horrible headaches out of nowhere that's not a good sign. He should have gone to the doctor 5 1/2 months ago. Send him there immediately.

I'd get it checked out by a doctor to belie your fears.I wouldn't get worked up about it till you see if it's anything serious.I get lumps behind my ears and they sebaceous cysts. Harmless but a little worry some when you first get them.
