Survival of a group of breast cancer patients is 100 at year 0, 100*X at year 1, 100*X*X at year 2, 100*X*X*X at year three and so on to year 10. How do I find the nth year survival?

This question is about "geometric proportion".And has nothing to do with Statistics.
Year 0 ----100 times X's 0th power
Year 1 -----100 times X's 1st power
Year 2 -----100 times X's 2cd power
... ...
Year 10---100 times X's 10th power
Year n --- 100 times X's nth power
