Im taking GNC's Pro Performance Whey Protein, and its making me constipated, is there any solution, or is the only way to stop it to cut of the whey protein

cruciferous veggies (broccolli, cauliflower), fiberous proteins like beans and legumes, and whole grains and nuts...all these items increase your fiber, which you need....imho, these supplements cause more problems than they are ever worth. I am a former world class athlete--all natural!

Be sure to drink lots of water and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies!

You need to drink fluids, you need to hydrate your body. Look on the package and see if it gives any suggestions.
