What are some variety of foods to help raise my low potassium level? Foods that don't have much acid in them!!
I heard banana's are good!

It might surprise some to learn that there's a great way to boost potassium intake Eat more potatoes! The potato actually ranks highest in potassium. Bananas are another great source... good luck

You're right about bananas. Potatoes are good too. Green veggies, milk and other dairy.

yes banana's are good, also eat the dark greens, romainne and spinach, collard and mustard greens..........
