I once put a gift certificate for a Dr. Pepper in the offering plate.

I think that would be a hoot. Ministers and Priests do have a sense of humour. Other people in the congregation may see it as disrespectful. I don't think God would though. Go for it. lol. maybe chuck some real ones in for good measure. :-).

Just give whant you can afford.. if you have given chocolate coins and it was given whole heartedly, why not.It is not a sin at all..

no longer as long as they accompany the genuine element! lol...besides, i'm effective whoever is counting the money, ought to quite savor the "take care of" :) bypass one over my way once you're at it. i appreciate chocolate. God bless.
