According to the following, it doesn't sound like it is a fatal disease -- there is more info at the site listed below -- hope this helps answer your question:
"Parkinson's disease is a disorder that affects nerve cells in the part of the brain controlling muscle movement.

People with Parkinson's disease often experience trembling, muscle rigidity, difficulty walking, problems with balance and slowed movements. These symptoms usually develop after age 60, although some people affected by Parkinson's disease are younger than age 50.

Parkinson's disease is progressive, meaning the signs and symptoms become worse over time. But although Parkinson's disease may eventually be disabling, the disease often progresses gradually, and most people have many years of productive living after a diagnosis.

Furthermore, unlike other serious neurological diseases, Parkinson's disease is treatable. One treatment approach is medications. Another involves an implanted device that stimulates the brain. Other approaches involve surgery. Meanwhile, research into other treatments continues."

I think it does eventually kill you, but I don't know for sure. I've seen the effect it's had on Michael J. Fox and it hasn't been pretty. I don't know how long he's had it, but it's taken a huge toll on him physically and more than likely, mentally, too. It seems that the medications used to treat Parkinson's Disease are only effective for so long, before they stop being effective.

Also, take into consideration that science is looking for a cure for Parkinson's Disease; I'd say whether it kills you or not, it's a terrible way to live and no one deserves to be put through that sort of thing. My answer was inconclusive, and sorry, but it's the best I could do.

Yes, unfortunately Parkinson's is a terminal disease and can only be managed and not cured (yet). Many of the medications taken to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's can also effect the health of the individual taking them

Yes...eventually...but it is usually of a secondary complication. A common one is as follows: Parkinson Disease patients can develop difficulty swallowing. Due to this problem they can get "aspirational pneumonia" This can lead to pneumonia causing respiratory failure and possibly sepsis ...that can cause the person to go into shock and have hypoxia.

Infection is a common complication that can lead to death for patients that are debilitated with many diseases... cancer, circulation problems, chronic obstructive lung disease to name a few.

That is my best answer

Yes, there is no cure for it at this time, unfortunately.

There is a lot of research being done to find a cure.
