Yes, but you should not talk to a regular navy recruiter. The navy has officer recruiters that specifically recruit officers only. Speak to an officer recruiter.

Not necessarily. just having a 4 year degree is by no means a Lock on being offered a Commission.

First, what's the degree in? what's your GPA? what leadership experience do you have? what sports have you played? what kind of community service have you done?

The Navy uses separate recruiters for O and E. so talk to both. a degree will net you advanced paygrade( E3) if you enlist.

Keepi inmind that they want 3.50 or better GPAs in hard sciences like Engineering and Computers, although any degree is acceptable and the official cut off is 2.0 GPA.. But it is extremely competitive to get a slot in OCS right now, and depending on which Communtiy you want, very few slots available. For instance. there is exactly ONE Navy Diver slot open for the entire year, and some communities like IWO and INTEL take less than 100 per year.

Maybe,

A college degree doesn't guarentee someone will be an officer.

You would have to apply for Navy OCS and go thru the interview process and be selected.

Officer accessions are more complicated than enlisted accessions.

Go through the extra steps to go in as an Officer. It'll mean a world of difference.

Not unless you go to Officer Candidate School or were in the ROTC while in college. See your local Naval Recruiter.

I believe so, did you complete a two or four year degree. If it was a four year degree, I believe you will go in as a E-4..but, ask your recruiter just in case..But I am almost positive, that you will go in as a e-4, after basic trainning.

I would but officer route is a little different. Unless you were ROTC it would be hard to jump right in...
