My dessert is very simply just put some fruit on top of the chocolate ice cream after I had my favorite cheesecake and coffee.

My favorite dessert has to be lemon bars. Or brownies. Or maybe Ben and Jerry's Phish food ice cream. Just about any kind of pie (or every kind of pie)--lemon meringue, apple, Dutch apple, strawberry rhubarb, chocolate cream, pecan, key lime....
