Relationshipish advice?

Okay, well I usually don't like the people who always try to get with people but now I understand because I really like this kid. My friend Jesse told him that I like him and then Jesse said he told him that he wants me to "make the first move and ask him out." I don't know if Jesse was joking or not but I don't think so because the kid I like is always looking at me and we're smiling at eachother a lot. The biggest problem is that we're both WAYY too shy. I know I'm not gonna just go ask him out and I don't want Jesse or someone to do it because that's just not a good way to start something. And he's obviously shy too because he keeps telling Jesse that he's too shy to talk to me. Is there any way I could get him to come talk to me more? I really like him and I don't want us to just keep this staring contest going...

No offense, THEN GROW THE F UP AND GO TALK TO HIM!!! RRRR, I know its easier to play the staring contest and hope to have your cake and eat it to. But unless your religious, which then atleast you could PRAY, for him to grow up. Then you better do it, go over there talk to him, and be suprised at how well things go from there. But sitting there hoping for him to talk to you, is the samething he's doing. Your both got the self-esteem of a mutated freck and neither one of you wants to accept that WOW SOMEONE LIKES ME! I know, I was there, and the only cure WAS TALKING TO THEM! NOW GO! Your not going are you? I SAID GO DARN IT!!!

It seems such as you will desire to easily end it. you in uncomplicated terms choose him once you cant have him which shows which you dont like him. in the initiating you need to be a sprint jealous yet faster or later you will recover from it and notice how stupid you have been to waste a while with him. wish this helped and that i strongly advise you to take this suggestion!
