no longer attracted to me because i wore a blue jacket? he said it changed my looks completely and it was ugly and made me look different. A jacket? Normal or not?

he didnt say he wasnt attracted to me, he just said it made me look different and it changed the way i 'look' completely and made a funny face. Though he did seem weird after that.

He was looking for a good reason to dump you and he didn't have one so he said the first stupid thing that came to his pea brain. Let him go and if he tries to get you back tell him no I don't like that shirt it makes you look ugly LOL even better. Ask him what color of under wear he has on then say oh too bad I'm not dating men with that color on today.

That is NOT normal. I would get the opinion of others on how the jacket looks on you . If other don't think that i is perhaps you BEST color then may be he had just reason for saying that i made you look different. It is possible for colors to change your apperance some colors can make you look flushed others can make you look good and taned even. Even though you may have looked different in the jacket i don't think that is a real excuse for not being attracted to you. Possibly he has other motives may be this jacket incident was just the way he chose to tell you he is not attracted to you any more it may have ablsolutly nothing to due with the jacket
I know that i have given a ton of different reasons but is imposible for me or you to tell what he is thinking without talking to him about it directly.

Not normal. A jacket can be ugly, so the suggestions would be to take it off. If it gets directed as an excuse to say I am not attracted to you then he/she was not that in to you in the fifst place.

He sounds like a jerk. Yes, a simple piece of clothing can make a person look different, but please, have some tact, guy!
Depending on how he said it, he may simply have been referring to the coat, albeit very rudely. However, if he was using that coat as a reason to, let's say, not be close to you or kiss you, then I would say a lot more is going on. Ugly coat or not, if someone is attracted to you, it shouldn't make a hill of beans' difference what you are wearing.

He was done with you and looking for an excuse, so he chose your jacket. You're better off without him. Guys like him aren't men. They hid from confrontation.

Sounds like a shallow excuse. Besides, if the person cared about your looks that much they aren't worth it. Lucky you to be rid of them.

Any excuse is better than none. To bad he wasn't man enought to tell you the real reason. I would thank him, he saved you a lot of heart ache, by leaving. remember how he acted, so you don't find another one like that.
