The Bible does not say when he fell. But despite those who believe in the fictional gap theory, satan did not fall before
Gen 1:31: And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Would God call satan's fall good? No. Therefore, satan fell after Gen 1:31, day 6.
But it does say HOW he fell:
Ezek 28:
2: Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
3: Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:
5: By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
6: Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
9: Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.
12: Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13: Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14: Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15: Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16: By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17: Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18: Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
As for where do we know 1/3 of the angels fell to become demons we see this here:
Rev 12:
3: And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4: And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Hope that helps...

Revelation 12:7-9 talks about the war in heaven after which Satan was hurled down to deceive the earth. I don't see where it says that 1/3 of the angels went with him. But I do believe it is in the Bible somewhere -- I just can't find it now.

When God created the angels, He made them good and holy (1 Tim 4:4, Col. 1:16, Gen 1:36). But one-third of the angels, led by Lucifer, rebelled against God, were kicked out of heaven, and are now inhabiting this worldly sphere (Luke 10:18, Rev. 12:3-4, 20:2, Isa. 14:12-14, Ezek. 28:12-17).

Read in revelations chapter 12, the stars in verse 4 are believed by most Christians to be interpreted as the angels the devil took down with him when he rebelled against God. I don't think it says anywhere.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth
Now the earth proved to be formless and waste and there was darkness upon the surface of the watery deep; and God's active force was moving to and fro over the suface of the waters
And God proceeded to say: " let light come to be." Then there came to be light.
AFter that God saw that the light was good, and God brough about a divison between the light and the darkness he called Night And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, a first day.
...(okay I'll skip to the part where he was finshed making the earth..)
Then God told Adam to name everything.. so on..
Then the man said:
This is at last bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh this one will be called woman because from man this one was taken.
Okay then is said something else about sticking together or something.. thenn
Now the serpent (the devil) proved to be the most cautious of all the wild beasts of the field that God had made. So it began to say to the woman: Is it really so that God said YOU must not eat from every tree of the grarden? At ths the woman said to the serpent: Of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God has saidm You must not eat from it, no, YOU must not touch it that YOU do not die. At this the serpent said to the woman: You postively will not die. For God knows that in the very day of YOUR eating it YOUR eyes are bound to be opened YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad.
Consequently the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was something to be longed for to the eyes, yes, the tree was desirable to look upon. So she began taking of its frut and eating it. Afterward she gave some also to her husband when with her and he began eating it. Then the eyes of both of them became opened and they began to relalize that they were naked

Isaiah 14:12-14 says...
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! * 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
and in Revelation it tells of the red dragon (satan) in 12:4
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born
and also in verse 9
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Nowhere, actually.
Although there are some references to "the fall" in the Bible, that particular fantastical embellishment can be traced to John Milton's 17th century work, 'Paradise Lost,' which is a poetic, fictional, behind-the-scenes account of what happened before Genesis. We don't actually know what happened up there so long ago.
