Who treats women better...the Jews or the Muslims? why?

muslims tell their women to put on a veil when leaving the house.
jews tell their women to shave their heads after getting married.

I'm orthodox, married, and have my hair, thanks.

Never been married to a muslim.

What I like about being a Jewish woman-
It supports the rights of a woman to both further her education AND be an involved (often SAH) mother.
Not only supports it, but expects it.
Also women are not subservient. Male and female roles are clearly delineated.
There is quite a bit of freedom in that.
Actually, I'm happy I'm a Jewish woman, I think it would be much more difficult in some aspects to be a man.

I can tell you for a fact that only1% of ultra-orthodox and Hasidic Jewish women shave their heads.
The rest of us do not.
We cover our own hair with a wig, a hat, a scarf, or a combination of two out of the three, but underneath is our own hair.
Those women who choose to shave or cover their hair do so by choice.
Nobody forces them!

well first of all our husbands don't force us to wear the Veil Allah ask us and we do it because its a small request and we like to obey Allah.

so As a Muslim woman I say we are treated with great respect and treated like royalty.

I can't speak for Jews but what I have heard they treat there women well.

Wrong. It is only the fanatics of both faiths who do that, and in most of those cases the women do those things of their own free will. The majority of Jewish and Muslim women in Western countries are as free as anyone else.

I have to say, I know a lot of Jewish families, and I've never heard or seen ONE Jewish Wife with a shaved head.
I know they honor their women.
They treat them with respect.
They have holidays are in celebration of women. Purim. Chanukah.

Muslims. I'm a Muslim woman and I have lots of rights as a woman. Muslim women cover for the sake of God and because we are commanded to do so by the Qur'an and strong Hadiths. It is to protect our modesty and chastity and so we aren't seen as sex objects. Muslim women value their beauty so much that they cover so other men can't see their beauty that is meant only from their husband's eyes. It has nothing to do with oppression. Women are referred to as diamonds and gold in the Qur'an. Men treat their women like queens and with the utmost respect. Mothers are highly honored for their ability to give birth and bring life into the world. Mothers get 2/3 love from their children and fathers have to deal with the remaining 1/3. Muslims are taught that Heaven is under the feet of mothers. Islam doesn't blame women as the reason that Adam(PBUH*) and Eve fell from Heaven. Islam doesn't see women as a curse and doesn't view a woman's period and pain in childbirth as a curse like Judaism and Christianity. Islam in fact places more blame on Adam(PBUH*) for the fall from Heaven rather then Eve because Adam(PBUH*) is the man and he was suppossed to protect Eve from harm since she is a woman.
Judaism tells women that they are a curse upon man and that they don't have souls and will go to Hell for all eternity. Judaism shuts their women in a house outside the village when they are on their period and sees women as unclean during their mensus. Women in Judaism are treated like slaves and forced to become prostitutes. Jews say that if a menstruating women passes between two men that they become unclean and they need to wash their clothes and their entire bodies to get rid of the stains of the sin of the women who are on their mensus. Judaism denys women her basic God given rights as does Christianity.
