Oh, you mean, people? Many people in the west of Ireland have dark hair and eyes and pale skin. This is because their ancestors were traders, merchants, sailors and even religious refugees (such as Jews) from Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France and other Mediterranean countries. But the ancient red still pops up every generation.

Lot of Viking influence too, big blond types in various parts of the country.

Women in the West of Ireland were said to have beautiful clear skin, far finer than rich London women, due to their basic diet and the moist climate. I'm not sure how true this is anymore, as the diet has changed radically in the past 20 years.

Mahon Falls - Waterfall in the Comeragh Mountains
Loads of Rivers Shannon, Suir, Liffey and Lee
Inlets and headlands
Peat and Turf Bogs
Man-made stuff then we have Ard na Crusha & New Grange if this is what you mean by human features
