I've had a part time job now for 11 Months. But I got a second full time job last week that I enjoy better. I want to quit the part time job. Will it hurt my FICO score when I quit my part time job that I've had for almost a year? Does it matter who employs me so long as I'm employed through the eyes of the Credit Bureaus?

Or would it help if I held onto the part time job for at least 1 full year then quit the job?

Job history has no effect on FICO scores. Most people find that the Credit Reporting agencies don't even have the correct information on file anyways.
Get the full time job and make more $$$$$$$ always better idea.

Job history has nothing to do with your FICO score. FICO score is a tool for lenders to evaluate you as a low risk or a high risk to lend money to. You build your credit (FICO score) by pay your loans on time.

Your FICO score is determined by your past payment history and your level of debt. Your job will not affect your score. Your job history may affect your ability to get a loan because a lender will want to see stability, in both your job and your living arrangements. Most will want to see at least 2 years on the same job, if not the same job at least in the same industry

Don't let your Fico score run your life. Go with a job you enjoy or pays you well or fits your schedule.
