Would this look good on me? pics included?

Question

ok so in the links below there is this picture of an ear and it has a whole bunch of percings on it.

but the only one im focusing on is the one on the outer side of the ear closest to where the hair is. its basically just where the cartalidge is. i think its called a "rook" peircing or something

I really want to get it but i dont know if it would look good on me or if i could pull it off. (and btw the earring in the picture is really ugly i wont want it to look like that)

anywayyy i would appriciate it if you could tell me a few things.

-if it would look good on me
- how much it hurts
-how much it costs

I've gotten this piercing done! it is slightly painful but it goes away in three days, just take good care of it you are a very pretty girl you could get away with anything! be confident :)

It would definitely look good on you! You're a very beautiful girl, and I agree, you could pull off quite a few looks.

As for the details on the piercing, I'm not sure. But I have heard that it takes a while to heal. If you get it done, *do not* slack on cleaning it daily. Last thing you want is an infection!

I can't tell if it would look good or not. If I can't see the ear along with your hair and face I can't tell much. It will hurt more than the ear lobe, but pain is short lived, if it doesn't get infected.
Do what makes you happy and not worry about what other people might think on how it looks.pp

But be very careful, when I had my cartilage done I had a stud and hair would get stuck on it//around it. With a hoop you should be fine.

I'd suggest that when you go to clean it, put a cotton ball in your ear so that the cleaning solution and crust//dried blood from the piercing won't run in your ear.

I have one of those piercings. Of course you should go for it, I think they look great on anyone!
Just a word of warning, the actual piercing doesn't hurt any more than an ear lobe, but the healing is quite painful. As it is cartlidge I found mine took a good month to heal, it hurts to brush your hair, you can't sleep on it, and any knock on it hurts! But it is well worth it!!

It would look fine.

Keep in mind, something like takes a long time to heal. You wont be able to sleep on that side of your head for MONTHS.

I got an cartlidge piercing, and it took over a year to heal.

I think you could pull it off just find. Almost all of my friends have it done and they said it didn't hurt that much. Cost is probably nothing too pricey, just make sure you get it done at a safe, sterile place with an experienced piercer!

my sister has her rook pierced, i love it! she said it didnt hurt too bad. i think that it would look really good!
