OK, so my Church group is doing a newsletter, and they wanted me to draw something for it. I has to be something religious and related to thanksgiving.

I ALREADY KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DRAW. But I would like some cool ideas to add to it!

I am going to draw a table with food on it (Turkey, Mashed potatoes, whatever) and there are going to be people at the table praying over the food.

I just want to know if any of you have a suggestion? I need LOTS of answers! Thank you!

Don't forget the different people, adults, children, male and female, white and dark. If you are recreating the original thanksgiving remember it would probably be outside in the forest with dogs and chickens on the ground and critters in the trees. Open fire to cook with and they may not have known about "mashed potatoes"

Lots of luck

Why not paint a picture of a empty table? thus depicting the sacrifice of the people. That would show the meaning of thanksgiving.

what about someone, anyone that is in a prayerful position. It would show being grateful, it would show religion. Simplicity makes the best art pieces much of the time. I took a photo of someone praying and most everyone loved it.
