I've used powdered milk before. I keep it around in case a recipe calls for milk & I don't have any. My parents used to use it backpacking too. Never heard of powdered eggs though.

I like eggs maybe once a month and I actually grew up on powdered milk. I prefer thinner milk so I loved it. It's much cheaper too.
