UNDER THIS I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE RACE OF THE Zalzberg Children. It states the mom (marie) is hebrew, but where the kids names are it says ''4. What does that mean, or is it saying 1/4 like they are only 1/4 hebrew?

Border Crossings: From Canada to U.S., 1895-1956
Name: Marie Zalzberg
Arrival Date: 14 Oct 1910
Age: 30

(I just looked again at the site you mentioned, and zoomed it in to 125%, and instead of 1/4, it is showing ditto marks (or double quotes)
