From an officers point of view, I doubt if either is a very good time. My answer would be #3/ none of the above.

It's never good to break out. Avoid greasy foods and wash your face every night with a good facial cleanser and hot water. That should prevent you from having problems with breaking out.

no longer in uncomplicated terms tax statements. all of the archives of her time as First woman of Arkansas are no longer being released till after the election. The declare is that there is inadequate workforce and money to catalog and go reference them so no longer something would be obtainable. So sorry.
