When I went to the doctor about 8 months ago, I had bronchitis. They had to take Xrays. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, if I get an Xray done, and ask for it, will they give it to me?

Actually S P - they are not her x-rays. The films are the legal property of the facility that took them. She has the right to have copies, however, or to take them out on loan.

they are YOUR pictures. They have to give you medical records. However, you may have to pay a little for them.

im sure they would let you take them. but they will ask for you to return them.
