I think you have put the cart before the horse. You are supposed to 1)find out if he likes you20 then find out if he loves you as a girlfriend3)make sure he is not one of the biggest flirts at school4 That he is not doing anything wrong to you like he did to others before you. Only after you have decided that he is for real do you then decide to begin dating him.While I do not know what you mean by saying that you are kinda going out( you are either dating or not dating, going out or not going out), I think you need to sit down with this guy and have a serious conversation.You did not say if you loved him or want to be with him, but either way, you should sit and talk to him and clear the air of all issues.

Well as you can tell by my nickname im a total flirt. my peers gave me this name and i know a lot about flirting.
-if he had a girlfriend while he told you he loved you sorry hun, he just want 2 get in your pants(or skirt)
-if he didnt have a gf then maybe he do like you and you are over reacting just because he flirts.

what makes you think your going out other then he's told you he loves you?
have you hung out alone? hugged? kissed?
give him a chance, maybe he really means it, but also be wary at the same time.
