In the park after dark is a good place, unless it gets really cold. Parent's house, grandparent's house, friend's house, in a tent in the backyard, and finally, in the back/front (depending on which is harder to see) of a cheap half or more than half empty theater.

I like it in the fitting room where it's extra quiet.
Airplane bathroom. That's one of the best! Small amount of space.
In the closet.
