Basically, almost every future PS3 exclusive game is a must have game. But to me, a few PS3 exclusive games that stand out are:
Uncharted Drakes Fortune
Metal Gear Solid 4
Killzone 2
Haze
The Getaway 3
Gran Turismo HD
Some non-exclusive PS3 games that are must have's to me are:
Assassins Creed
Need For Speed Pro Street
Kane & Lynch Deadmen
Grand Theft Auto 4
