They never said how many years he was looking at. I think he should do his time and get help. I just wanted to know the max he can get. In the state of Arizona he could get 2-4 years per count. I don't know what state you are in.

Violated probation 3 times? That alone means a long time in the slammer.

For hitting a cop, it depends on the type of hit.

A man beat a woman cop up so badly that she had to have steel pins installed in her face. He got 50 years in prison for that, and that was only about 10 years ago, so he will be there for 40 more years.

It depends on the type of hit, and his age. If he hit him once in the face and knocked him out, and then ran, I would say 15 to 20 years.

Better re categorize him as former friend; you don't need someone like that in your life. Hitting anyone is stupid but hitting a cop is suicide. In addition to whatever sentence is handed down, and that varies from state to stae, the word will get out and his life will be a living hell once he gets to prison...also he is a three strikes probation violator; don't look for him anytime soon. And if he's that stupid and that much of a hothead he might not even survive prison where of all places you need to exercise self control.
However many years it is, it's not enough.

In CA, USA....

Its punishable by a $2000 fine and or up to a year in county jail. Of course you have the probation violation for which he most probably do time for.

It could run concurrent or get stacked. Nobody knows till the judge says so.

He is looking at between 120 days in D.O.C. to 5 years. It all depends on the judge, the state and the condition of the cop.

it relatively is extremely obtrusive which you have a extreme anger subject...particularly in case you experience resorting to violence against your mom or the different guy or woman is the right way of coping with a controversy. You cry foul being a "fourteen 365 days old lady" and use this identify of place to justify against somebody hitting YOU....yet the place is your justification for hitting your guy or woman mom?! Likewise...the place is your justification for resorting to violence in any respect?! surely, you sound greater like a 2 365 days old! Your ranting here makes it obtrusive which you may not administration your temper nor are you able to getting to grasp the regulations popular by utilising your guy or woman kin no longer to show society. there isn't any question in my strategies the officers have been attempting to coach you which you would be able to proceed your lack of ability to appreciate the version between adulthood and infantile habit and notice the consequence of your guy or woman misbehavior. Even at 14 years of age...you may flow to detention center. My suggestion, and that i'm hoping you strongly evaluate it...is to sit down down with your loved ones and communicate like an grownup in case you desire to be taken care of like an grownup! the way of your ranting is so very widespread of a youngster scorned. you're making it very sparkling which you may desire to spend greater time in school annoying approximately your preparation particularly of exhibiting the infantile and spoiled habit you teach on your question. Your pathetic threats of "you greater suited no longer try this or i'm going to try this" activates me to laugh rather questioning of all those earlier you who've chanted a similar rhetoric. You get no sympathy from me so some distance as your habit and additionally i might recommend you in addition to might evaluate that no remember what your age...attack an officer and the officer might use the minimum stress mandatory to arrest you. think of roughly that final sentence heavily.

Well, its a felony so 1 or more years. Depends on the judge or jury if it goes that far. His probation would also likely be revoked making him serve the remaining time he has on probation.

this is the judge's decision, not the cop's decision. But if he is a repeat offender and shows no signs of getting better, the judge would give him the max, whatever that is in your state.
