how do u estimate how much candy is in a jar?

If it's a clear bottle or jar, count the number of candies that are on the bottom of the jar. Then count how many candies are going up to the top from the bottom. Multiply both together you can get a close estimate.

funny you should ask that I just won a contest like that. Had to guess how many black jelly beans in the jar and i won. there were about 266 and i got the jar of candy and 25 bucks. woohoo
