Have you asked him what some of his favorite songs and/or groups are? Is this is a song just so he can dance, or for you to dance with your son?
If it is strictly for his enjoyment, then maybe have a disney sing-a-long or dance cd. I'm sure he knows many songs, and there is such variety. A couple of really upbeat disney songs are Everybody Wants to be a Cat and Hakuna Matata from Disney movies, but Disney has so many different varieties to choose from I'm sure you could find something.
Try any of the Radio Disney Jams cds. I think they typically even take out "bad words" and phrases so it's a just-for-kids remix.

Two songs that imediately came to mind are:1) You Light Up My Life and 2) Wind Beneath My Wings.Try going to U-Tube,you can type in a song title,listen to the lyrics ( some songs have more than one singer) and choose which one you like best,good luck,Robin

The kids at my wedding loved the conga line. I suppose the Macarena would be a hit (though I dislike it myself) or maybe something from one of his favorite Disney movies (I like "The Circle of Life" from the Lion King)
