tape? lol if you mean a picture frame you can ask the owner if you can nail it becuase small holes walls are very cheap/easy to fix

The easiest kind of picture hook is a nail and an angled guide that holds the nail at the correct angle (down about 45 degrees into the wall). The guide also includes a hook for supporting the picture.

You can find them at any home improvement store. They're just called picture hooks. And the only damage they do is put a little hole in the wall where the nail goes.

Make sure you check the package, though, and get one that's rated for supporting the amount of weight you intend on hanging on the wall.

3M sells hooks that stick to the wall and they easy to remove you just pull the bottom of the tape and they are off leaving no mark on the wall. Wall Mart or a Hardware Store sell them .

you can get the hooks with double sided tape on it. a lot of places carry them. they also have tabs you can pull and remove the hook with no damage to the wall/paint.
