How do you say it and please dont give me the literal translation of "reloj de la comunidad"

"Neighborhood watch" is popularly translated as "vigilancia de vecindad," so I would translate your term to "vigilancia comunitaria" OR "vigilancia de comunidad."

"reloj" means "watch" in the sense of a clock, not 'watch' in the sense of vigilance. So 'reloj de la comunidad' would refer to a communally shared timepiece! Not exactly a good translation.

"vela" is a word that means vigil or "night watch" , so "vela de la comunidad" would work, as would "guardia de la comunidad".

the problem though is that "community watch" is an idiomatic expression in English, and a direct translation into Spanish might not convey the exact intended connotation to a Spanish speaker.
