Grow some balls and ask her out!
No one's saying it isn't scary, but an email is very non-threatening. Just send her one saying "hey, want to hang out some time?"
Not so difficult is it? Oh, and completely ignore Van G, that would make any sane girl avoid you like the plague.

Mate you just have to think how happy you will be after the hard part is over.Its like getting an interview for a job that you really want and getting the job.I had the balls to ask random girls out off the street and i never got rejected i was just unlucky that the few i asked had boyfriends.But they were thrilled that i had asked them i could see that.So go ahead mate do it,think of it as going to an interview for a job you really want but this time you want the girl.

Oh I no, if she is not asking you out, then you have to make the 1st move, ask her do you wanna hang out some time. If she really enjoyed the date then she might ask you out next time. See both ways you end up being happy.

You have to project confidence, you gotta have other girls chasing you and she have to see you as high value guy.
