i so know how you feel. i am underweight and i feel fat all the time... sometimes i lose some weight but then i gain it back when people tell me that i look terrible
you are already 10lbs underweight for your height. being 80lbs would be extremely unhealthy if not deadly. please work on toning your body instead of losing weight!

You're 5'3 and weigh 94 lbs? You are NOT fat.

Ask your mom or dad or skating coach to take you to a nutritionist. The nutritionist will help you plan your meals so you maintain a healthy weight.

I know figure skaters need to be thin so they can make the jumps and look "nice" but starving your self yourself to be rail thin is not wise. You would be only hurting yourself- and putting yourself in danger.

Please check with your doctor or a nutritionist so you eat and plan your meals wisely.

Have you checked your BMI? I bet you haven't! Yours is low enough, already. DON'T loose any more weight! Check out your BMI (body Mass Index) by putting "bmi" into a search engine. Don't become another anorexia statistic. Get someone who really loves you to give you a truthful appraisal.
One other point, my wife is 5"2' and is about 110 lbs. She is skinny as a stick (a thin one at that). You don't need to loose any weight.

94 lbs is not too heavy. You don't say how old you are but it sounds like you have a real image problem. If your coach is telling you to lose weight, then tell your coach to f-off. 80 lbs is way under weight. does the word anorexia sound familier to you?

No you don't! Figure skaters need strong leg muscles, otherwise your legs will buckle under you on landing from a triple axle and you will land on your skinny butt and break some bones. Eat and eat right!

Any skinnier and people are going to think you're in third grade. You are skinny the way you are. I don't recommend losing any more weight.

You seriously need to listen to the words I'm about to say. SEE A DOCTOR! You are not fat, you are really underweight. Listen, I've had friends DIE of anorexia, and I've seen it, so please, do yourself and your family a favor and get help, because you don't know how badly this hurts them too. Good luck with Everything.

Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. From http://myweight.info

Are you kidding??? No! One of my best friends is a figure skater, and she's 5' 2", but she weighs about the same as you and she's gorgeous. Plus, most of it is muscle.

You get any skinnier and they won't be able to see you perform. Can you say health first and ego second.
