There's some kind of problem verifiy your ID. You will have to mail your request and include ID. I think it's a copy of your social security card, driver's license and a utility bill showing your address. Here's the numbers to call and find out just what you need:

Call them or request it by letter to one of the three reporting agencies. They ask to verify from different categories, employment, address, etc., just change the category.

that means whatever is in their data base isn't matching what you are entering. If the on-line website doesn't work, you can request them by mail. You have to request each separately.
