I heard that changing your favorite curse word to an alternative helps wean you off the habit. Once you're used to using the alternate, do it with another word, and so on.
For example, your F word can be Fudge, or Fuji, or Firetruck. Your B word can be Banger, Booger, etc. Your SH word can be Shoefly, Shampoo, Shamu, etc. They all sound ridiculous, but prevent the swear word from coming out. And soon you'll get tired of looking silly for using the alternatives, and find non-curse word replacements for them.
I've seen a couple friends do this with their favorite curse words after having kids and it seems to help them not slip up in front of them.

Kids tend to repeat what their parents say because they think hey, if mommy and/or daddy is doing it, I can to so if you sware in your child's presence, get an empty jar and every time that you or your significant other swears, fine each other 1 dollar and that money in the jar can go to a number of things benefiting your child(ren). For example, college fund, allowance, Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, etc.
Hope this was helpful.
