An opiod designed to help with Heroin and Meth withdrawal. It can be bad if taken too often, as it does give the user a buzz, and has the potential for addiction.

Methadone can be a good thing when helping people to come off of other drugs. The problem is that Methadone itself is highly addictive and often only serves to replace their addiction or add to it.

Methadone is used to get people on heroin and other drugs some relief when they decide to get clean. A doctor will prescribe it or they can go to a methadone clinic.

It's what they give heroin addicts when they're trying to dry out. I think it's some sort of substitute that helps then through the withdrawl symptoms.

It's a synthetic drug form of opiates. It's used as a way to wean people off of certain drug addictions but it can be addicting.
